Empowering Leaders

This is a part of the Christian Outreach Centre’s leadership development pathway and is conducted locally here for the Sydney region. Empowering Leaders is a part time course involving one Saturday workshop, plus ongoing leadership development nights during the year, four modules of study, and a practicum based on a chosen ministry area.

Empowering Leaders will have a leader coaching/mentoring them through the years work, with the aim of seeing the emerging leader rise to take an area of leadership during the course of the year.
