Global Care

Global Care is a Christian missions, aid and development organisation committed to serving the total person physically, emotionally and spiritually within the local Sydney area and the international community. We aim to empower leaders to initiate and support community development programs; Global Care also sponsors work for the dole projects and delivers work place training via the federal government PPP program.

We also provide opportunity for those more fortunate to assist others by coordinating volunteers in Community Service Saturday which occurs on the second Saturday of each month and facilitating mission trips into other nations. Moreover, we introduce the greater community to the local church  by supporting events conducted by Sydney Christian Outreach Centre.

Funding for the programs offered is provided through Global Care change collection tins which are located in supporting business, a sponsored bike ride called “Ride for the Future” as well as our annual Corporate Golf Day. As a registered PBI Charity, donations of more that $2 to Global Care for projects within Australia attract tax deductibility.
